I currently have a pool service provider, but every week that the pool service is performed, someone new is on my property. Is this normal?

Not for us! Once you have become one of our valued customers, we will assign one of our pool techs to your account and, with few exceptions, they will be the one who will provide your services. Those exceptions are weather, holidays, employee vacations, etc.
